We aim to restore to the technical and aesthetic state as described in the original building dossier or, in its absence, to generally accepted construction standards. This does not include restoring outdated or no longer permitted materials.

Our services are primarily focused on homes returning from commercial rental (such as to care institutions, childcare, or religious groups). We do not work on active care facilities, pharmacies, or medical practices.

Our structural inspection results in a technical report with priorities. This is advice; the final execution and any required permits remain the responsibility of the client. We can provide guidance in this process.

We work with quality materials that suit the character of the home. Specifications are approved in advance. Painting and repairs are carried out according to trade standards, with attention to durability and maintenance.
