1. Subject of the services

HomeReversion is a construction consultancy specialized in restoring homes to their original state after commercial rental. Our services include, but are not limited to: technical inspections, painting, structural repairs, and renovation advice for property owners and managers.

2. Rights and obligations of the parties

• Performing services with craftsmanship and professional care.
• Providing clear and transparent quotes and invoices.
• Respecting agreed-upon timelines, as far as reasonably possible.

2.2 Obligations of the client

• Providing complete and accurate information about the property to be inspected or restored.
• Paying invoices on time according to the agreed terms.
• Providing safe and unobstructed access to the location for our staff.

3. Limitation of liability

HomeReversion is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or lost profits arising from the use of our services or information provided via this website. Our total liability is in any case limited to the amount paid out by your insurance or the invoice amount of the specific assignment.

4. Payment terms and refunds

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations of scheduled inspections must be notified in writing at least 48 hours in advance. For cancellations within 48 hours, an administrative fee may be charged. Refunds for work already started will be assessed based on the hours and materials delivered.

5. Modification and termination

HomeReversion reserves the right to modify these terms unilaterally. Modifications become effective after publication on this website. The use of our services can be terminated by either party with a notice period of 30 days, unless there is a material breach.
